Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed in Error)

If you believe that your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification

that includes:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and where it previously appeared.

  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your contact information (full name, mailing address, phone number, and email).

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and agree to accept service of process from the party that filed the takedown notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
