By submitting consultation form and booking a session with Beautiful You Holistic Studio, you (the “Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgment of Services

~I understand that the services provided by Beautiful You Holistic Studio are for educational and wellness purposes only.

~I acknowledge that these services do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare advice.

~I confirm that any guidance provided is based on holistic wellness practices and is not intended to replace medical or professional treatment.

2. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

~I understand that individual results vary and that my experience with scalp health, wellness, or lifestyle recommendations is dependent on my personal circumstances and commitment.

~I accept full responsibility for my own health and well-being and agree to seek professional medical advice if needed.

~I assume all risks associated with implementing any advice, product recommendations, or lifestyle changes discussed during my session.

3. Release of Liability

~I hereby release Beautiful You Holistic Studio, its owner, affiliates, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in these services.

~I understand that Beautiful You Holistic Studio is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or unintended effects resulting from product recommendations or lifestyle changes.

~I agree that I will not hold Beautiful You Holistic Studio liable for any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to financial loss, health complications, or personal dissatisfaction.

4. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

~I acknowledge that a 50% deposit is required upon booking and that the full balance is due the day before my session.

~I understand that if I cancel or no-show with less than 24 hours' notice, my deposit will be forfeited, and I will be required to pay the full session amount to reschedule.

~I acknowledge that all sales are final, and refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
